    Status Code: 8015000a


    I received status code: 8015000a today.

    Myself and a few friend also have this problem, we know out stuff and how to troubleshoot problems but this one we believe is being deliberately done by Microsoft.

    (While in a discount period)

    We we're all trying to purchase all of the old Call of Duty's..

    If we cannot get the games we wanted at the price you are showing due to this problem and if this problem stops after the discount period we shall be filing complaints and reporting Microsoft to trading standards in the UK.

    Please get back to me asap.

    Account/Games access

    After latest Preview update, I can no longer access My Account settings or My Games on my 360.

    Getting Status Code : 8015000a-00b96084-1ed9e66e for My Account

    8015000a-00000000-00000000 for My Games

    A system update is required to sign in to Xbox LIVE, but the update is currently unavailable.

    Mine finally let me sign in but now I can't access my friends or party or messages its giving me status code: 8015000a. I hope they resolve this soon

    I wasn't threatening Microsoft, so unless you have something useful add please shutdown you're computer and go away.

    I did look up the error code before making the post on the forum.

    Now my attitude is perfectly fine when it comes too helping others but when there's a problem that effects me I get quite annoyed. Xbox has so many issues, just like the error code... That error code doesn't exist according to the status code search.

    Xbox has so many problems that Microsoft doesn't admit to, when there's problem they just blame your ISP etc..

    I play more PC now days since when there's a problem it tells you what the problem is and doesn't freeze and crash for no reason like Xbox does.

    Sony always admit when they messed up why can't Microsoft do the same? Why... well that's easy because Microsoft knows how inadequate and obsolete their gaming consoles are.

    Now anyways the problem with the store and the make-believe error code has cleared up I've been able too purchase game without a problem.
