    Hello i have been trying to change my gamertag and it wont let me it keeps saying - Sorry theres a problem with the xbox service. Try again later. i tried this earlier today and said the same thing so if you guys know how to fix that it would be really appreciated.

    Error 8013AB07 occurs when you try to make a purchase

    Problem

    You see the following error message when you try to make a purchase:

    There aren’t enough funds in your account, possibly because of estimated tax. Add funds to your Microsoft account or use a different payment option.

    Status code: 8013AB07

    This means that you have insufficient funds in your Microsoft account to complete the purchase.

    Solution

    To resolve this problem, you’ll either need to add more funds to your account with an Xbox gift card, or add a new payment instrument such as a credit card to your account. If you wish, you can split the payment between your credit card and your remaining
    balance in your account.

    For more information, see Add a payment option to your Xbox Live account.

    But it doesn't say that message at all, it keeps saying sorry there's a problem with the Xbox server, and I have enough money in my account

    Did you have 80190376? Now you have 8013AB07 - Payment methods broken!

    I'm having this error code linked to my gamer tag change. The balance stays the same but when I attempt to change my GT, it gives me the "8013AB07" error code. >_<
