    Status Code 80070020 and Status Code 80151911


    I need some help trying to download my profile onto my Xbox 360. I've been trying multiple solutions like clearing the cache and checking my account settings on the Microsoft website, but I can't seem to get it to download no matter what I do. What I did notice was that I can download an old profile that was originally made on a 360, but the account I want to download was made on the Xbox One, so maybe that has something to do with it. I use Two-Factor Authentication and yes, I've been using the app password for the 360, still to no avail. Every time I try to download my account, it tells me that I have a problem with the credentials that I'm using {Which there shouldn't be since I sign-in to everything perfectly fine} and I get hit with either status code in the subject line.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    I tried downloading profile and it gave me status code 80070020, Is anyone at Microsoft going to come out and say this is a widespread problem???
