    I recently sent my xbox 360 in to an electronics repair service to have the laser replaced, as it could no longer read discs. Upon recieving it back, everything works great, but when I stick in any of my games that have not already had their updates downloaded and the update window pops up, it either wont load, or when it does, it won't complete and shows me the 4497 - 0000 - d080 - 0200 - 807b - 019c error. I have sought out any information on this that I can and it seems that thousands and thousands of people are dealing with this same problem, so I do not think it has anything to do with my console. I have tried rudementary solutions suggested by both the community and microsofts own technicians and nothing has resolved this issue. It is my opinion that their is something dreadfully wrong with the xbox live network itself. I would highly suggest looking into this issue, as being unable to download game updates presents a huge problem for everyone.

    Hi,

    After a Minecraft update failed (it was 1.3G in size and there were network problems before it finished). Now every time the update fails with the Status Code:

    4497 - 0000 - d080 - 0200 - 807b - 019c

    I've tried clearing the cache etc. but nothing seems to clear this. The game appears to be broken as well at this point as well. The saved games are there but when you start the game the world is not recognizable. I could not find this particular error code anywhere.

    Any help would be appreciated.
