stats reset to lvl 1

Has anyone heard of a possible fix, or progression in this matter? just wondering

hey i want to know if there is a way to reset my mw2 multiplayer stat to lvl 1??if some can help me send me a message.

I would like to know if there is a way to reset your multiplayer stats in black ops. Not prestiging or anything like that, I just wanted to reset my K/D and W/L and start from lvl 1.

 

no. I am fortunate enough not to have but I do not want start leveling again for fear of another reset I did put almost 10 hours into game though.

 

This is a huge issue. The EA/Orign Support site has 27+ pages of complaints from people on Xbox one who have had their level progression reset to 1. Microsoft did have a warning that they were looking into this problem on support.xbox.com but it is gone
now and no one is giving any answers. They should just come out and tell everyone affected if we should just give up and start over. I hope someone fixes the root cause of the problem so it doesn't happen to anyone else.

Maybe this is Origins way of punishing us for quitting Ultima Online all those years ago...

 

Xbox phone support can recover your MP stats if you have auto-saved recently. Give them a try.

 

I am very disappointed ..with the amount of hours I work then try to make time and play a game, And that progress I lost is really a kick in the balls

 

Ttrain agreed this was so frustrating I dont even want to play anymore until im sure i wont lose my progress. System is starting to feel real broken. Can i get an answer Microsoft??

 

This happened to me as well. Went from level 37 to level 1. I contacted Xbox support and their exact response yesterday at around 3 PM eastern US time was "We don't have any specific info to share at this time, but it is being looked into".

 

Play for fun don't worry about stats

 

More of a big deal if you're really into challenges and want to reach level 50 before the end of March.
