Stats reset and deranked by hacker

Yes there is a way but in order to do so you will need to get into another modded lobby called a deranking lobby which will reset all of your stats back to zero for that exact purpose. But if you keep reporting hackers like that you most likely will not
get that kind of lobby because hackers dont do that lobby for just anyone. You either need to get very lucky and find one randomly or meet a hacker talk to him then ask him for one.

i made a tutorial on how to derank yourself too. kinda pointless considering the hackers show it to derank more than one person, but this is for myself remember that.

^^Yeah, they (hackers) derank you, then they (hackers) will give your rank back for monies or M$ points.

I would assume your friend has reset your stats unless you have been caught boosting or another serious offense but most of the time you are only deranked a few levels depending on the offense.

It depends on what caused the deranking.

If you joined a hacked lobby on Xbox 360 and the hacker deranked you, you would have had to dashboard immediately (Guide button then Y). Then the game wouldn't have time to transmit the deranking to the Activision servers.

On the other hand, if you were actively cheating in the game yourself, Activision might have issued the deranking, and reset your scores and ranks as punishment.

Either way: You will have to
contact the official Activision support, as this is a game related issue and therefore their responsibility.

Microsoft Xbox can't do anything in your specific case here. Sorry.
