    new computer n past star club accomplishments

    Hi there. I recently got a new computer, got it all hooked up, found that my xbox profile loaded (EnlistedBroom05) but all my past stats, star club completed games, etc., did not transfer over. Can you link my previous profile stats to my new computer?

    connecting to Xbox live first time cannot connect help plelase

    Hello we are ting to connect to xbox live for the first time using a wired connection

    we are in united states new york state

    Cisco router, internet is working fine on the computer the error code I receive is x8000-0031

    any help is very much appreciated

    We need a solution!

    This resetting solution worked for me!! And I didn't lose my stats. Just say "yes" when it asks if you've played the game on this computer. It will pull your stats from the cloud.

    Hi there DadBeatz,

    On which game are you experiencing this on please.

    Do note on some FPS they do not record stats straight away to enable the player to get familiar with the game, usually after the first 10 levels, stats start to get recorded. These are then typically found under the

    'Combat Record' Tab.
