    Stats missing Game feezing


    I have PUBG installed on my XBox one . After the big update the game has been feezing within 5 mins of game play. everytime.

    Whilst trying to investigate the issue I found all my previous game stats had been erased and everythiny was set to 0.

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled,but it is still the same.

    Who do I contsact to resolve this issue. It seems to me there is no direct contact to Sledgehammer or Microsoft .

    360 feezing anyone?

    Assassins Creed 4 for the Xbone is a pretty good game but I like Dead Rising 3 for the Xbone even better.

    thats their 'canned' response buddy. M$/XBL tech support are barely smarter than test monkeys, and to paraphrase that what they just said is "it must be on your end because everything is perfect at M$" they'd probably parrot off that same stuff
    if you called with a billing question. anyway, the game has some technical issues that DICE/EA is supposedly working on and it might take them a while, but the game will get sorted out eventually, it sucks but all you can do is patient

    Xbox 1 X crashed again...

    I have done power cycling almost daily and the game feezes one is not applicable to the situation.

    I just mw2 a couple days ago cuz I miss it and I played it the next day later I played it I got nodded and hit level 70 and then it disconnected me off line and every time I click on my class in the menu it freezes and every time I chose a team my game feezes

    Search the forums for similar post or heck look at the FRONT PAGE of the forums and see a minimum of 3 posts just like this...OR THE STICKY AT THE TOP. I'm convinced GTA forum has the laziest users, ever!

    Progress & Stats Reset But...

    If your playing on the hard drive and the game freezes,DO NOT SHUT DOWN,please,lol...back out to the dash and reboot the game up on to your cloud save.It will start you out with the stats and rank from your last save.That is why,play on the hardrive and
    when your done,take two seconds to play a quick match by yourself or whatever on to your cloud before you shut down.That way,you will always have a fresh save ready and it will be current.Hope this helps.Play on the hardrive,save and if necesary after a feeze
    reboot to the cloud.Been working for myself since my reset on New Years eve when the game first came out.
