    Stats - Microsoft Solitaire Collectection


    I have been doing the daily challenge for a long time and when I upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10, my stats followed me.

    After loads of Windows 10 problems, and months of trying to sort them, yesterday I gave up and did a clean install back to Windows 8.1. I logged into the Solitaire Collection with no problem but the stats are from months ago. For example, the Daily Challenge
    is not showing the fact that I had completed every day this month but rather showing May progress as zero.

    Is there any way I can get my stats back?

    Freecell has stopped recording wins but not losses

    Similar Problem on my Windows 8.1 Machine. For a few days Microsoft Solitaire Collection only stops recording stats for FreeCell and Pyramid on the Xbox Network.

    Reinstallation as described in the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ has changed nothing.

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection Version is 2.3.1406.1149

    Similar problem. The screen on my Surface Pro was cracked, rendering the device inoperable. I got a new one, but now my Solitaire Collection Stats are gone. Since I had solved every daily challenges, going back several years, and since I had complete all
    of the events, I would like to recover my statistics. However, my new PC shows everything as zero, although it does recognize my avatar and nickname.
