Stats issues, will there be a "Reset stats" option?

Hi,

I was just looking at my stats for Classic Jigsaw, and saw some issues: I've finished 4 medium puzzles, but only gotten credit for 2, I've finished 2 hard puzzles, but only gotten credit for 1, and the "Best time" and "Average time" for both is showing

I've also finished all the easy puzzles, but only gotten credit for completing 2 of 4 collections. The best and average times for easy are showing nonzero values, but I haven't tested to see if the figures are stuck or still updating.

I had an issue with stats some time back with Minesweeper, and an option was eventually added to reset the stats, which cleared up my issue.

I'm using my Microsoft ID, so even if I manually delete all the data for Jigsaw and/or uninstall/reboot/reinstall Jigsaw, the problem could still recur when my Microsoft ID reconnects with whatever stats data is stored online.

I'm having fun with Jigsaw, though. I don't think I've done any PC puzzles since Jixxa back in the mid 90s/early 2000s.

it wont be worth contacting treyarch, as they wont reset the gamer's stats. The main reason he went into a modded game, he should have left as soon as the other gamer did nothing but lay down and stay in the same position.

Same here. Issues with the stats. There's other people having the same issue based on the reviews in the Windows Store.

I'm running a Surface 2, 64GB.

 

I am having the same issue on a Lenovo Thinkpad T410. (I can get the full run-down if needed.) I've been trying to find the key to the stats being missed, but haven't found it. My latest theory was that you have to play them in order. For example, I
started the Wild Animals collection and did a hard puzzle, it didn't count. So, the next puzzle, I played easy and then hard, and it still didn't count. The third puzzle, I did easy, medium then hard, and it still didn't count. So, I went back to puzzle
1 and 2 and did the easy/mediums I was missing. Then went to puzzle 4 and did easy, medium, hard and that one counted. I did that for puzzles 5 and 6 and both of those counted.

If my theory is correct, I could be in for some trouble on Expert b/c I would have to do 6 Wild Animal experts before 1 of them would count. As a test, I went back to the Food collection. I have easy, medium, hard done on all 22 puzzles, plus expert on
the 1st 2. I did expert on #3 and it did not count. I am really afraid to do any more until a patch comes out, b/c I could be doing 50 experts just to get 25 to count. Not to mention I have to do all the easy, medium, hard along the way.

Has anyone else come up with a theory? Or can prove/disprove mine? I hope it is disproven so I can just keep going. lol

One thing I tried (I'm not sure if it helped or not) was to allow the entire puzzle completion animation to play itself out after beating a puzzle. At any rate, "Played" versus "Completed" is a lot closer to even in the stats now.

I've been able to get a full completion for Easy, Medium, and Hard on Landscapes, and a full completion for Easy and Medium on Wild Animals.

Despite winning all the Easy and Medium puzzles for Cityscapes and all the Easy puzzles Food, neither of those collections shows as "Completed". I think I posted in another thread that I suspect the reason for this is that Cityscapes and Food, although
free, had to be downloaded.

My best and average times for most collections and difficulties is still 00:00.

With all the playing (and in the case of Cityscapes and Food, replaying) I've accumulated 25360 gold.
