Statistics won't update

Discus and support Statistics won't update in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Freecell and Klondike won't update the games won or best times statistics.     Statistics won't update


    Freecell and Klondike won't update the games won or best times statistics. I have tried deleting the local storage and also uninstalling and re-installing the game. Problem seems to be in the cloud storage. Can you help?

    I recently got an update to MSC. I noticed that the statistics reset themselves. Is there any way to recover the statistics?

    The numbers show your ranking on the leader board for each of the statistics out of all the Alphajax players.

    Xbox time played not updating

    Sometimes it takes time to display the statistics, if reinstalling the game doesn't fix your problem, you can just wait for the statistics to update

    Didn't get Mark VI armour/going for it?

    I've also heard it is due to server lag. Apparently its having a hard time updating statistics from campaign. It usually updates ~30 mins after completion.

    Was the Xbox console showing bandwith usage while on the Network Statistics page?

    Because if the console isn't downloading anything after the reset, it's obvious, that the console won't slow down your Internet, as it's putting no load on your bandwith.

    Please check, if and when the console is using your bandwith again, if your issue is resolved, as I'm afraid the reset just caused the console to stop downloading until it has collected enough information and starts downloading necessary updates (IF necessary)
    again.
