Statistics reset when I uninstalled then reinstalled Microsoft Solitaire Collection

Let's try another uninstall/reinstall, but with a few extra steps. After you uninstall the current version of the game, restart your system by selecting "Restart" from the shutdown menu. When your system is back up, press the Windows Key+R and type wsreset.exe
in the dialog box that opens and press Ok. This will refresh and reopen the Windows Store.

Once the store is open, bring up the Charms bar and select Settings and then Your account. Make certain that the account that is listed on this screen is the same one you use for Xbox Live-enabled games. Then, reinstall the game, launch it and wait for it
to connect to Xbox Live and let's see if your stats re-synch.

Just realized that whenever I open Microsoft Solitaire Collection, the settings are back to, as if I am playing for the first time, although my stats on xbox.com have not changed. How can I prevent this? It could be the way to get all of my stats back in
the app. Thanks.

Didn't work, the only stats visible are star club and daily challenges. However, leaderboard is showing scores which disappeared at the same time as my stats.

The problem is this:

After updating Windows 1709 to 1803 (2018), the game statistics for Microsoft Solitaire Collection became incorrectly displayed - (number of stars in a star club and% of passed, achievements.) There are different data in the Xbox profile and on the PC.

I have long gone through all the tests 2 times ... but the companion profile of the Xbox console displays 2460 stars and 80% of the process. (See screenshot ) + achievements will not be unlocked (see screenshot)

On a PC (now I have Windows 10 Pro version 21H1 build 19043.1415) - correct statistics

3760 stars and 100% process. (See screenshot)



That is, real statistics are not displayed and achievements are not recorded. Resetting, uninstalling, reinstalling Microsoft Solitaire Collection does not solve the problem !!! Running the app's troubleshooters doesn't fix the problem !!

Reinstalling Windows does not solve the problem !!!
