Statistics not updated

In Microsoft Solitaire Collection, the Klondike and Freecell games are not updating my number of games won and best times stats. I have tried deleting the local storage and also uninstalling and reinstalling MSC, with no effect. Please help.

klondike statistics are often not updated

The games won and games played statistics for klondike have become almost completely unreliable. (It's possible that the other statistics have, too, but I don't check them .)

1. I am running Windows 8, version 6.3, build 9600 (but if I have much more trouble with window 8 I'm switching to linux.).

2. My device is a Hewlett Packard notebook, a Pavilion dm1. Not the greatest machine, I know, but I've certainly seen worse and money is a consideration.

3. The problem began approximately ten days to two weeks ago.

4. I don't play any other games these days and so cannot compare klondike with something else.

5. When I finish a hand and check the statistics screen, more often than not I find the games won and games played categories have not been updated. I'm only interested in those two categories and have not checked the others.

6. I can't think of anything else that is relevant.

HELP!! This thing is driving me slightly crazy.

 

MyRewards - Statistics not updating and purchases not showing

I've some problems with MyRewards: my profile is not updated with correct statistics and there are purchases (like Destiny Pre-Order Edition - 69,90 euro bought the 8th september) that are not showing up in MyRewards page. Is there any problem with the service?
