    Can you please fix the statistics. I just spent 70,000 coins trying to move up the leader board and it did not register, I estimating over 5,000 bingos, 1000 power bingos and hundreds of travel patterns.

    You did updates and changed my account from Spoonbill25 to SixtyCanvass9955 amnd I lost four years of statictics. Please fix it back.

    If your gamertag changed from Spoonbill25 to SixtyCanvass9955 and you’ve lost access to your stats, the first thing I recommend is to double check the Microsoft account you’re signed in with. Sometimes a new or different account can make it seem like everything’s been reset.

    First, confirm you’re signed in to the correct account

    Go to https://account.microsoft.com and sign in

    Then visit https://account.xbox.com/profile

    Check if Spoonbill25 is still linked to that account — or if a different gamertag appears.

    If you’ve used other email addresses in the past, try those too.

    Also, check if your gamertag was enforced or reset

    In some cases, if a gamertag violates Xbox community guidelines, it may be forcibly changed.

    To check if that’s what happened:

    Visit the Xbox Enforcement History page:

    https://enforcement.xbox.com

    Sign in and see if there are any active or past enforcement actions listed. If there’s a gamertag enforcement, it will be shown there.

    As for game stats and achievements, your in-game progress is saved to your Xbox profile. If the correct account is recovered, all stats, achievements, and cloud saves should sync back automatically.
