Static Sound

Discus and support Static Sound in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So I go to play a game on my xbox one and suddenly I get this static sound, it gets louder and louder, then I press the xbox button and see whos online...     Static Sound


    So I go to play a game on my xbox one and suddenly I get this static sound, it gets louder and louder, then I press the xbox button and see whos online when ever I move the cruser it makes a sound but it sounds like old 8-bit sound, what can I do to fix
    it.

    Headset problem on Destiny.

    I had the same problem with the high pitched static sound. I just restarted destiny and it got rid of the static sound.

    Headset problem on Destiny.

    I had the same problem with the high pitched static sound. I just restarted destiny and it got rid of the static sound.

    Hi! Thank you for submitting your question. The problem you seem to be having is something my friends have some times. From personal experiences it maybe either
    A. If you are charging your controler while playing you may experience this.
    B. Back ground noise or other electronic devices running near your Xbox maybe causing some interference.
    Before you go out of your way on messing around with your Wi-Fi I would suggest to use your phones hot spot and test out if that fixes your problems before messing around with your router. hope this information was helpful if not you can always look around

    No Sound just static

    Are you using optical or HDMI for sound output? Either way I would change out the cable and see if the problem is still apparent with a new cable.
