Static noise in headset after update 5.13.3143.0

Please try this:

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.

Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

After that, clean your controller's headphone jack and also your headset 3.5mm jack.

Then, try to remove and re-add your profile on the console and finally try again

To be sure, do you experience static noise with your headset or with your TV ?

I did that but it stoll nade static noises , i just got the headset a month ago

Can you address the static noise because I hear a sound like hard disk accessing after the update. I also hear the coil whine noise when I start or close the console.

Hi, I have the same problem as laser it seems or similar , I'm using a scuf controller and I'm trying to play wired and when i plug it into the controller with or without the batteries a constant static noise is present. Without the usb connected theres
no static noise when the batteries are in but i want to play with wired. The headset I'm using is the turtle beach headsets x12's through the headset adaptor.

I don't know what to do, any suggestions or solutions ?
