    Static green screen


    Ok so when I turn on my xbox one and its the original xbox one the black vcr looking one I can hear the xbox logo sound but all I can see is a green static screen and some slanted glitch text going across the screen. I can hear audio of the main menu but
    its stuck on that static green screen. What can I do? I have switched HDMI cables, ports, and tvs but its the same.

    You know the little short video that plays on an xbox one x before the xbox green screen logo? Thats when its static/snowy. Then it shows the normal xbox logo. When trying to use any video streaming app is when all i see is green screen with audio.

    I tried what you suggested, it went to 680x680 like you said but it only dispayed the static/snowy screen in lower quality and still experienced the green screen with audio only on netflix and hulu.

    I have this same issue. I had static on my Xbox whenever it started up and during the opening credits of Dead or Alive 5. I had a green screen when watching some game clips sent to me constantly for those clips until recently. Also, I had a green screen
    when using Hulu and Netflix one day, but only that one day.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Kindly try a different HDMI cable or a different TV, Dangeruss77.

    Also, try to turn off Auto-HDR.

    Profile & system > Settings > General > TV & display options. Under the Advanced column, choose Video modes and uncheck the option to Allow HDR10.
