    States I am not "signed-in" to my account to retrieve history on Reckless Racing


    I am signed in to my only Microsoft account but Reckless Racing won't acknowledge that and will not retrieve my information. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the game but it still will not see that I am signed in to my account. This happened after
    the upgrade to Windows 10 from 8.1. Anybody have anything to try? I am not that great working with computers but I can give anything a try. Thanks - Larry

    Windows 8.1

    Reckless Racing will not play in 8.1. Clean install... not an upgrade

    How do you access downloaded games on a new console?

    I am, yeah.

    But for some reason there is no records of my purchases in my order history on my account.

    Is it possible for the purchase to be linked to the console rather than my account? And if so, is there any way of retrieving my past purchases?

    It still doesn't work for my account. Sames error "There was an error retrieving your purchase history. Please sign out and try again"

    If I use another account I have it works. However MS Flight DLC is on the account the doesn't.

    I bought reckless racing too, but cannot play it due to the same problem. Also, I'm not able to login to other xbox enabled apps, but the xbox app itself connects to my profile. I'm running windows 8.1 on a gaming desktop.
