Statement show rewards deposited, but they are not showing up on myrewards page

Have you checked http://commerce.microsoft.com to see if they show there? They would how as a return.

Since those Credits have been deposited, they will no longer show up in the default "pending credits" view for the MyStatement. You will have to change it to one of the older views (3 month, lifetime) in order to see this event, since a deposit is not classified
as a pending Credit event.

Check your statement on the MyRewards section of the Rewards site. It sounds like your credits have been deposited and your statement will show what date they were deposited on. You can also check for your deposit at http://commerce.microsoft.com

I don't work for the Rewards program so I can't do anything about that. If they show as pending, you would have the option to Request a Deposit on the MyRewards section of the site. If the program has had an issue making deposits in your account, that would
also be noted on that page. If your account status shows that everything is good, then your previous request may have already gone through. Your Lifetime Credits earned includes all credits you have earned since joining the program, that includes pending and
deposited credits. If they have been deposited, that would be noted in your statement on the MyRewards section of the site and would show when the credits were deposited.

If they're no longer showing as pending, then they have been deposited. Your statement on the MyRewards section of the site will show when they were deposited. you can verify your deposits by checking your refunds on http://commerce.microsoft.com
