    ive reinstalled this game but after the initial splash screens when the press any key to continue comes up i get this error msg, "login failed, saved games could not be retrieved" im playin on a pc it all worked fine before, another thin even tho i have
    addon packs and heartland my total install size is only 16.1 gigs, undead labs and microsoft have been totally worthless helping ive tried all the common fixes , is there any way to purge cloud saves?
