    State of decay 2 wont load tutorial


    After the July 3rd update i tried restarting the game as I haven't played it much at all. Deleted my save files, booted up the game and selected to play the tutorial. It takes me to character select then after choosing it goes to a black screen where nothing
    happens. I've tried everything short of redownloading the game as I don't want download 26gb again

    State of decay 2 wont load tutorial

    Sorry to hear it. Please try holding the power button on your console for 10 seconds till it shuts down to see if that helps. If it does not then try a factory reset. There is an option to keep installed games/apps so you won't need to redownload them.

    I would advise the following:

    Power cycling your console.

    Resetting the alternative Mac Address.

    Uninstall and reinstall the game.

    I did some searching online for you and it looks like this is a known bug. Others have resolved it by deleting the game from your HD and re-installing the game from the store. Give that a shot and post back here if you are still having an issue so folks
    can take a look.

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand having an issue downloading with the game State of decay 2. The Juggernaut edition was an update that converted the game. As you wont find the base game State of Decay 2 as it called Juggernaut edition
    now. Here is a
    link     to the game on the Microsoft store. May want to reach out to the developers Undead labs also as it may be issue from their end.
