State of Decay 2 Ultimate purchase, where is my State of Decay: Year One Survival Edition code?

Preordered State of Decay 2 UE, and still have not received code for the State of Decay: Year One Survival Edition.

Can I please get that code as promised? The website says it should have come before the game went live.

State of Decay 2: Ultimate Edition includes the game and:

• Early Access - play State of Decay 2 four days early before the game’s standard release date

• State of Decay: Year One Survival Edition (Console version)

• Independence Pack*

• Daybreak Pack*
