State of Decay 2 Ultimate Edition Prepper's Pack is gone.

A week ago I bought on Microsoft Store preorder State of Decay 2 Ultimate Edition on Xbox One. Everything was Ok, but today I reinstall SoD2. Preppers Pack was gone. I don't have him in my ready to install DLC and he also disappeared from the Microsoft Store.
What happened???

    Some customers may have pre-ordered the game, but not received their system message containing the State of Decay Year One Survival Edition. Please ask them to wait 7-10 days after the game launches, just in case there is a backlog of messages.

State of Decay 2 is just the game.

State of Decay 2: Ultimate Edition includes the game and:

• Early Access - play State of Decay 2 four days early before the game’s standard release date

• State of Decay: Year One Survival Edition (Console version)

• Independence Pack*

• Daybreak Pack*

Thanks for answer, unfortunately it's not working

This DLC completely disappeared... I don't know what going on.

 

I have the same problem. However, it shows up in the game through the radio and can even be air dropped but I can't get anything out of it. When I go to xbox.com it says that "You own this product" but the only button that shows says "Play
on Your PC."

 

Same thing happened to me. Can't even get a refund.
