State of Decay 2 promotion(Xbox live rewards)

Hey I’m just trying to get my Xbox live rewards(bing rewards, Microsoft rewards, Xbox rewards, etc.) of 6,500 points for buying the game, doing the quiz and watching the trailer for the month of May 2018.

I’ve got two out of the three complete but since I bought the game on my console(ultimate edition on May 17th) it doesn’t seem to be registering

on the bing rewards program. I think it might be because I didn’t do it from the website but it shows that I own it. It just doesn’t activate that I’ve completed this option. I don’t wanna miss out on these rewards, can I get some help since I’ve contacted
Xbox customer support online with no resolution?

Im not being or have not been rewarded for purchases.

Hi, I need support. I have just noticed that I am not being rewarded in Xbox Live rewards for purchasing games and and extra content. I recently purchased State of Decay 2 and didn't receive any rewards.

Since you bought the game before the offer started, it may not be eligible. You would need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program via their redemption page for assistance.

Customers who pre-ordered
State of Decay 2: Ultimate Edition will receive a code for State of Decay: Year One Survival Edition in their Xbox Live message center shortly before the launch of State of Decay 2 so there's no reason to worry.

game's page, "A code for State of Decay: Year-One Survival Edition on Xbox One will be sent to your Xbox Live account shortly before the game launches."

Keep an eye on your Xbox Live messages for that code closer to the release of State of Decay 2!

State Of Decay, I saw a friend playing it & gave it a download, ended up loving it and bought the State Of Decay YOSE on Xbox One and State Of Decay 2 years later.
