    I preordered State of Decay 2 back in March. When will it be charged to my card? Figured it would have come out of my checking by now. Also has there been a date set when we will be able to preload the game?

    Customers who pre-ordered
    State of Decay 2: Ultimate Edition     will receive a code for State of Decay: Year One Survival Edition in their Xbox Live message center shortly before the launch of State of Decay 2 so there's no reason to worry.

    Have not received State of Decay: Year One Survival Edition code

    I bought the State of Decay 2: Ultimate Edition preorder and have not yet received the product code for the State of Decay: Year One Survival Edition. I'm just wondering what's up.. Will I get it via e-mail or message on Xbox Live or what?

    When you pay by card you are charged within 10 days of the games release.

    I'm not sure about a preload date though.

    Not all games will be available for pre-download, I'm afraid - that would vary by each individual game. For more details, you can check out the
