State of Decay 2 Juggernaut crashing at opening screen

The game loads right up to where the game opening screen starts. Then it just switches right back to the xbox one x home screen with no explanation. I played it for a few hours and then quit. When I came back to play again this started happening. I did change some settings on the console and TV while attempting to stop the sound issue where it was echoing. I think i put all the settings back the way they were but it did not fix anything.

It doesn't matter State Of Deacy 2: Juggernaut Edition is the only one you can buy/download. So you can search for either.

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

After going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned, I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 2 to 3 minutes, re-plug them back again, then restart your console.

In case the issue still persists, the next step would be to perform a reset on the console. To do so you will need to follow the steps below to perform a reset on the Xbox :

Settings > System > Console Info > Reset This Xbox > Reset and Keep my Games and Apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

I discovered that it must be a saved game that is causing this as if I choose to play the other part of the game it plays fine. Also I have done a complete reset of both my tv and the console and had to input all my information again on both. No effect. If the factory reset changed your diagnosis let me know. Also if the fact that the game plays fine if I do the Heartland game.
