State of decay 2 Crash on startup Xbox one

I have played state of decay 2 for a while although when ny game pass ran out i got the disk. Then it would not start up at all. After this i went to several forums seeing that people has the same problem 4 months ago. It hought that it was fixed and i was
just a one off person. I decided to get game pass again although it still wont load. I reinstalled it without the disk and it wont work please help.

Can't wait for this one! there are some great XBLA games coming out; State of Decay, FC3: Blood Dragon, Doritos Crash Course 2, Payday 2!

 

Sorry to hear it. There are a few things you can try here.

1. Power cycle the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down.

2. Delete then reinstall the game (I see you've already tried this one)

3. Factory reset the console. There's an option to keep installed games and apps so you won't need to redownload them again afterwards.

 

Delete your profile from your console and see If It solves

 

I have tried all lf those and none of them worked.

 

Tried it and it didnt work.

 

After remove a profile, download it again to sign to your account and try to run a game.
