state of decay 2 cant play at all

hello

im having an issue with state of decay 2 when i launch it will get a message about 1 to 10 minutes later saying something is blocking the progress of the game however i whitelisted state of decay2 with my antivirus and after that message it will say i need
to sign in.

i was able to play the game for a while without any issues but now im unable to play it at all

a running progress may be interfering with the correct operation of state of decay 2 this may be caused by anti virus software, malware,game overlays,or other active progresses on your pc

then after i click ok it says the signed in users do not have a licence for this game please purchase this game or sign in with a user with a valid licence.

i have whitelisted my antivirus for the game like it said to do in support
