    Comprei o jogo State Of decay 2 (que inclusive na hora da compra não apresentou formas de parcelamento ou pelo menos não estava visivel) e quando fui iniciar o jogo não obtive exito, o jogo abre uma janela com a logo e em seguida fecha, procurei em sites
    e em suportes e nenhuma das sugestões apresentadas resolveu meu problema, espero uma resposta em breve afinal é meu primeiro jogo comprado pelo Store da Microsoft e até agora estou tendo uma experiencia bem negativa.

    Hi if you bought the digital version and downloaded it onto your console then it should work fine. If it's closing the minute you try to open it. Then it's probably a corrupted download. You will want to uninstall the game. Then clear the MAC address.To
    do that just go to your network settings, click advanced network settings, alternate MAC address, select clear, then reset. Your console will restart at that point. Then you will want to try the installation again.
