not sure it is the case for you, but there does seem to be a limit for 50 characters, at least that is based on my searching on the internet.

Did you for example reach that limit, if so then that could be the cause for the missing characters.

Unfortunally, you can not install SoD2 on Windows 7. You need W10 for installing the game on your PC.

We would like to recommend confirming the question asked by XBF Chris in regards to what occurs with the installation.

As well, once again suggesting the step provided by XBF Chris, try turning off your computer and unplugging your modem/router. Plug in your network hardware after 5 minutes and then restart your PC. Give the installation another try and let us know the results.
