    I've been attempting to cancel my Starz subscription for two months now to no avail. All of my attempts to resolve the issue have ended with me being led to links that offer no assistance whatsoever. I don't believe I have ever encountered worse customer
    service.

    You have to be subscribed. I had to log into my provider and link my Starz account to the Xbox One Starz app.
