    I bought my son StarWars: Battlefront & created him an EA access account, but when he tries to log on, it says, "you do not have access to online content". How do I fix this?

    Do you have him set up as a child account with customized privacy settings?

    I have my kids setup that way and sometimes have to loosen up the settings in order for them to play multiplayer games.
