    Reboot device, it's still doing this.

    What the F is going on MS? I payed for videos I'm effectively locked out from seeing.

    error code 803c0009 license expired?

    I know this thread is old - but I'm getting the following error: The license for this video has expired. To play it, rent it again at the Xbox Video Store. My video doesn't expire until another 4.5 hours. I spend the last half hour trying to play it. Please

    Starting Xbox Video... Spinning for the last half hour

    There were some issues with Xbox Live last night. Perhaps those issues affected the use of Xbox Video as well.

    Try again today and see if the issue persists.

    I had the same issue. I bought Guardians of the Galaxy, started streaming it, Xbox video crashed and then the loading spinner never stops. I tried again a day later and now I'm stuck in a never ending "download update" loop. The update will download, then
    download again, and again and again. I have yet to find a solution. I've spent time on the phone with Xbox support, they were very helpful but I still haven't been able to resolve the issue.

    It seems to have started up for me again as well.. Last half hour or so I can't seem to load any pages.... It took concentrated effort to make it to post here.
