    Starting up Cold War then goes to black screen


    So I’ve been trying to start up Cold War on the series X, it goes to a black screen for 10 seconds then goes back to main Home Screen. I’ve tried reinstalling the game and restarting the console. Did a whole reset to the console. Nothings worked. Any ideas???

    Black ops cold war not working

    I preordered black ops cold war and it worked for like a month. Then when i went in it said i had to pay again. I tried everything but nothing worked. Please fix this i am not gonna pay another $60
    I own the digital game of black iops cold war. it was working fine about an hour ago and now all the sudden it will not load. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled. Still not loading. It goes

    How long are you leaving it on the black screen?

    During a cold start you will get the green splash, then black screen which can last a number of minutes looking like it isn't doing anything then it will load up into the Dashboard.

    Maybe you have the Xbox One version of COD Cold War and you see that message because the Xbox One version cannot be upgraded to Xbox Series X. You can find more informations about COD Cold War editions here:

    Have you tried out these steps?

    1. Open the Manage Game and Add-Ons option.
    2. Choose Black Ops Cold War.
    3. Install all content packs that are ready for download.
    4. Close the screen.
    5. Restart the Black Ops Cold War application.
