Starting to think my account was deleted

So I about a month ago I started a new job and haven't had time to get on my Xbox 360 well I bought a bigger TV a had to rearrange my living room to make it work and that involved moving my Xbox well when I got everything plugged back up I cut it on to make
sure everything was working fine and it was except my account was signed in but it wasn't online so I tried to connect and it said sign in with your email and password well it has been a good while since I've last used my account info so I wasn't 100% sure
I knew the info but I only have 2 email addresses and I use my yahoo one 90% of the time so I assumed that was it so when I clicked continue and it went to the screen to enter my email my yahoo account was already the default sign in so i was even more sure
that it was my yahoo account so I clicked done to enter my password and it says that email and password didn't work try again so I went back made sure it was spelled right and everything and tried again and it said the same thing I tried several more times
and it never even let's me get to the password part so a this point I think maybe its my other account which is my live account which the only thing I've really ever used it for was Facebook but I tried my live account and it went to the password thing but
I didn't know my password so I went through the process of changing my password to one I knew and tried again and it say that email and password didn't work which I was almost certain it wouldn't because I have found several emails on my yahoo account that
let me know that its the one my account is on but even when I'm on here I had to use my live account because it says my yahoo one doesn't exist even though I have emails saying it does this all happened a couple of days ago and I have tried several things
since then and the only thing I can figure out is my yahoo Xbox live account must have gotten deleted for some reason

Sorry its so long buI I really want to know if there's a way to get my account back because I have been using it for several years now also I would really like to be able to get saints row 4 before its to late and it won't let me download it without being
able to sign into my account

cant get into my old gamertage

I can not get into my gamertage on live anymore. I had accidentally deleted my Microsoft account and don't t know how to get the account to work I tried signing into it on xbox and I get nothing. Im starting to think im going to have to delete it. Please
help

DLC Loading issues.

I'm starting to think it has something to do with the game update. I deleted the update and my game started right away.

When using a third party email for your Microsoft Account, understand that Microsoft creates a new user account on their Live service with an username that looks like your Yahoo! email address, but is in fact completely separate from your Yahoo account.

This also means that the Password for your Microsoft Account can (and should be) different from the Password you use on your Yahoo! email account.

If you have forgotten your password on the Microsoft Account,
try to recover it here.

If that fails, you will have to
contact the official Xbox support.

Its not the password it says there is no account at all when I use my yahoo email address even though I know that there is.

You can't delete it, I don't think. You can change it for 800msp or just start a new account.

Guilherme, to recover Microsoft accounts, you need to use the Recover form, there is no other way. You can do it by following this link:

Unfortunately, progress and in-game purchases cannot be transferred through different accounts, okay? You need to recover the first account to have access to those contents and progress.

The problem choice you choose on the Support link might not give you access to Request a Call or Live Chat, and in this case, try selecting other problems ( even if does not match the issue you are facing ) because what is important here is for you to contact Support.
