Starting to quickly lose faith in the Xbox one.

Been trying really hard to bear through these bugs and problems this system has had. How hard is it to take what was good, that you already had, and just make it better? Why is the party system so damned slow? Why are my friends randomly not invitable?
Why is it that I have to hard reset my xbox one everytime I turn the damn thing on, because my mic doesn't work? At least you got the tv part right, holy christ, or this thing would be completely useless. I'm rebooting my xbox one, again right now, so that
my kinect mic works. I say kinect mic because the 1.99$ set of headphones you gave me with my 500$ investment broke 2 weeks in, and your Microsoft tech asked me to GO INTO A STORE AND TEST IT TO SEE IF IT WORKS, and wouldn't send a replacement. Maybe your
investors are right, maybe you should sell the system off to a company that knows what the hell its doing and doesn't just pussyfoot along with this terrible excuse for a system.

Another Co-op Thread

Bumping from page 3 to one. Still haven't heard from anyone. Starting to lose faith in ever finding anyone to co-op this game with ._. Wish I could find another forum to look, starting to feel like xbox.com doesn't get enough people reading the forums.

gamerscore going down!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've put a ton of energy into hundreds of difficult achievements, so it's extremely upsetting to lose points. I hope it all works itself out as you say, but I'm starting to lose faith in the dependability of XBL.

I know this is an old post.... But still, I have an update. They still aren't any better!!!

Been locked out of my xbox live account for about a year and a half now (lost about 9 months of my gold subscription) and they haven't helped my cause. They just keep transferring me to other people and eventually the call is either "dropped" (yeah right)
or they tell me they can't help...

If it makes u feel any better your not the only one suffering from having to deal with the escalation team aka customer advocacy team.. I will tell u this it gets no better ive been dealing with all this since nov 29th ! Escalation team emailed me once
! And since no replies to my emails back to them..
