Starting to HATE the XBOX ONE -Slight rant-

Aaron Paul is the famous actor who portrayed Jesse Pinkman in the hit show, Breaking Bad.

 

I wouldn't call him famous.

Lots of ppl probably know his face...but I wouldn't call him famous for playing one role for long time.

I didn't even know his name until this happened.

 

Oh, he's famous alright, but fame only goes so far. Even some people haven't heard of or recognize the most famous actors and musicians. It all depends on your geographical location and cultural interests.

 

Breaking Bad is one of the best shows on TV in recent years. It is a really well done show & the awards as well as impact it had proves it.

 

Add me to the list of people who have never watched Breaking Bad or know who that guy is.

 

he was in Need For Speed which was a flop at the boxoffice.

 

Well, that's not a surprise - I knew it would be. Then again, maybe it was a self-fulfilling prophecy because I actively chose not to go see it. :|

 

To be honest the film isn't that bad. I've seen worse.

 

Watch through your Xbox or just keep instant on with the "Xbox On" box unchecked. Push a controller or the box to start it up. Done.

 

For those of you who haven't seen Breaking Bad yet, the entire series can be found on Netflix and I believe Need for Speed can already be found on Xbox Video.

 

Too bad Netflix and many apps which you US/UK peps have are not available in NZ and Australia.

I rarely watch any [national] TV. Our household has Sky but pretty much don't watch any of it. I'm on my Xbox during most of my free time. Only have seen a few commercials. The rest I have to look up on Youtube.

As for Xbox 1, many peps ARE comparing it to the Xbox 360. The three main XBOX features that are missing is the ability to change the UI background, USB video/picture file support, and voice messaging at least between other Xbox 1 consoles. But I wouldn't
say I [the H word] Xbox 1.

 

@DRZ...66mil for the budget, grossed 203 mil. I wouldn't call that a flop.

 

Not watching Breaking Bad is like saying "Tv blows and I don't care about great tv shows."

 

It might have made money...which in the end is the goal....but that movie isn't considered a good movie.

It grossed that much the whole time it was in the movies WORLDWIDE.

I think it's a great marketing move by MS. Not only did they snag Aaron Paul to advertise for them, after the greatest role of his lifetime, but he can now turn on your Xbox One. That's the future right there. It's basically MS encouraging you to stop what
you're doing and enjoy your Xbox, as you should. No one cares about the World Cup anyway.
