    Starting a order


    I am trying to start a order to return my series x in for repair. I have registered my Xbox before and my warranty is good til 12/21/21 but now when I log into my Microsoft account, it no longer shows my Xbox as registered or warranty date. When I try to register it, it says it already is and the repair page will load for like a sec then send me back to the device home page.

    The same happens to me when I try to register/open the repair order for Xbox Series X but with my other account, I can register and open the repair order normally. You can also try talking to support and see if they can create the repair order for you.

    Do you have another account that could register the console and attempt to open the repair order with that account?

    Tried from December too same issue. Even chat agent couldn't create order till this day

    Tried that too for several days now.

    It's another dead end:

    - there is no Web Chat available AFAIK except for the virtual agent, or community.

    - Request a Call brings up a Virtual Agent to collect the mobile number

    - Virtual Agent CAPTCHA passed OK

    - Input my mobile number (valid UK number, same as on the account)

    - Every time I get the following error:
