    Starting a new game


    I want to start a new game because the data in the old one was corrupted. the challenges weren't registering. Whenever I try and start a new game I would have the two treasure maps that I had in the corrupted file that I even deleted. I even had the collectables
    that I had by doing Kennway's fleet in the old file. How do I start from scratch? Do I need to do something in my Uplay account?

    The Kill-count resets every time the story is restarted, but your PP total - Skill Level is carried through every game on your profile.

    It's been a while since I played but I completed the whole campaign and I was wondering if I start a new game will my kill count reset along with my skill level or does it transfer over to the new game?

    Have you tried to delete your savegame file? I know the old file should not transfer anything to a new game but glitches aren't uncommon
