Starting a MineCraft X360 24/7 Server (Hosted in Australia)

Im starting a MineCraft X360 Server today with a seed ive found, but as ive only just started id be happy to change seeds if someone can find something better. I created a new account for hosting it and am using the free trial month, how good the server
goes in that month will decide if i renew it or not. Will be 24/7 however there is a possibility of unexpected downtime but it should never last long.

Currently the only Texture pack i have is Fantasy, use the poll to help me decide what to use.

Because i have made a new account to host this i have 100 spaces on my friends list for people to add me and join. GT -

Hosted in Australia, welcoming all players but hoping for people from here.

Will have Arena PvP eventually.

Moderators might be needed depending on the servers growth.

The rules will be pretty simple and are still in progress, but ive come up with a few ideas. Not following the rules will get you kicked.

- No PvP with just anyone, must be wearing a Gold helmet to PvP so players know to watch out for you, and can only PvP others wearing a Gold helmet. Also no PvP close to the spawn.

-Dont destroy the mushroom islands.

- You can grief other players buildings unless they have a sign with their gamertag on the entrance, that is considered protected.

- You are allowed to create traps in/around what you build, but not all over the place.

- Must have a mic. Exceptions might be made.

- Dont build right next to other players without their permission. Unless they dont have a sign with their gamertag, then go nuts.

- No glitches etc.

-Prefer people 16+ but exceptions might be made.

24/7 Minecraft Server?

I'm all for dedicated servers like I'm sure most of us are. I recently been play Minecraft on the PC so I can play with a RL Friend and I have come upon "Faction" servers. I would be so stoked if Minecraft had dedicated servers and where player vs player
combat was influenced. I had such a great time having to find a place to create a hidden hideout and keep all my things. I felt like Orochimaru from Naruto except my experiments were headless zombies & spi-yders (Megamind lol)
