Starting a clan need members and leaders

I do not want this clan to be unorganized so we are going to stay at a solid 13 Clan members. 1 LEADER, 2 Co-Leaders, and 10 Clan members. Any questions message me. Add me as a friend to let me know your interested.

FoG gaming is always looking for new members to join. If you are interested in a leadership position, we have what we call squad leaders. The squad leaders are people who create a squad and run the squad. FoG has three leaders who partner together to run
the clan. They are me, Loki500 and Ibex Overlord. So far there are about 20 or so members in the clan. The only squad leaders as of this moment are the leaders of clan.

I'm The Leader of Community Evolve we are about 800 members strong. Here's my advice on running a clan that will be able to really stand the test of times.

1. Be Real and Honest as a leader. Your Clan goals, rules, perspective mission and vision should match your own! Don't try to be like some one else or some other clan, because don't noone know better what you want ,THEN YOU.

2. Have a Mission/Vision for your clan and as new recruits come in inform them about the mission of your Clan. This shows your serious about the success of your clan and also allow members to know what they are Backing.

3. Structure and Professionalism from the Leader is a must. Yes it's not good to be to serious But it's even worse for a leader to be to laid back, immature and childish. Members feed off the energy of the Leaders and staff, so if the Leadership is Cocky
and inmature then your clan will be, If the Leaders are loyal and active ,so shall your clan...because thats the example your leading.

4. Stick to Schedule! Don't make events ,battles and trainings that are not going to happen or start late time after time again. This make you and your clan look non serious and unprofessional. Remember you don't want to be to serious but you want the members
to take your mission,rules and clan serious.

5. Have FUN!!! Once you are not having fun as a leader anymore ,then something is wrong and you need to take some time off and rethink and reevaluate the clan and it's members.

These are a few things , I hope this helped someone out their and anyone that needs further help or is struggling ,me and my staff would be glad to give out further pointers,and possible setting up some friendly battles and scrimmages to help get your clan

Generally it not friendly to join more then one clan. There are a number of clans which support multiple games. You shouldn't need to do more then one clan. Its also a trust issue, that leaders want to get the most out of their members.
