Started with one problem...now I have another :/

Initially, I was having a problem with staying on XBOX Live...

I would sign on to XBOX Live, and within a matter of seconds, I would get disconnected. It happened EVERY time that I signed in

To remedy this problem, I have:

-Reset my modem countless times

-unplugged, and replugged everything

-rid the system of dust

None of these solutions worked...

THEN....

I went to "Configure Network" and I reset back to Factory settings

It reset my IP and DNS settings back to all 0s (obviously lol)

Now, I can't even connect to the network when I am testing my connection to my Wireless network

At this point, I am stumped, and I am ready to give up

is anyone else having problems connecting with friends?

i got the same problem, it started with one friends since almost a year, and now another is doing the same thing

but everything work fine with all the others

Won't finish downloading

You took my money for the premium game, now fix it. Puzzles (started with camping) won't finish downloading. So I tried another and now they don't finish either. Please fix it. I am not the only one having this problem. I use to
enjoy the puzzles but when you can't play them it SUCKS!

if your console is not automatically Setting valid ip Settings you can always do this on your own

most commonly they look like

ip 192.168.xxx.xxx (where the last 2 blocks depend on your home Network Settings, given by router or isp)

subnet 255.255.255.0

Gateway 192.168.xxx.1 (ip address of your router)

dns1 8.8.8.8 (this is a public dns Server)

dns2 8.8.4.4

If it's possible, try connect your console with an Ethernet cable, instead of wireless and let us know how that goes.

Having the same problem with 360 and Hockey 2016 game.

Problem with scratches.... circler* And now can't play it.

Problem of having too much fun online.

< And now can't play. Funny, cuz after rubbing down the scratch, the game did start and play again.

But now I have another scratch. Then another! Now game can't start it up.

Some relief! It's nice to officially know for sure that I'm not the only one having the same exact problems.

I had started another topic in another forum here with no solution either so im glad to know now im not truly alone.
