    Started getting sound issues since last update - Omega


    So I've started getting sound issues on the Series X. It's like intermittent glitches as sound is played. Easily noticeable when navigating the menu for example. Output was set to Headphones Stereo, changing to Windows Sonic made a difference but I think that's just because the sound stage is changed. Anyone else noticed anything? Sent a report through the app, although that seems to struggle. Wanted to send with a trace, but that took an age then failed.

    Sound problem since last update for Solitaire Collection and Tap Tiles.

    I have the same sound issue as described by MelissaVMoon. Since the last update the sound in the solitaire games is not right. I get some sound effects when moving cards for example but none of the background sounds or music are there any more.

    If maybe that’s doesn’t work please try:

    A. Connecting a different headset to your PC
    B. Connect your headset to a different PC
    C. Reinstall your audio card drivers via manufacturer’s website

    There was an issue with the Xbox firmware Update in mid-October...as far as I am aware, it caused issues with XB1 and SX/S consoles. From what I understand, there may have been an update in the last couple of days to address this so check your console to see if there is one.

    If there is no update, then it may be coming...an alternative would be to enroll in Insider's and get their latest Omega Update
