The first thing to try is turning off the console and unplugging it for 30 seconds. Next would be to remove and redownload your account

http://support.xbox.com/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/add-remove-account-xbox-one and if that doesn't work please reformat your console keeping games and apps: Settings > System > Console Info & Updates > Reset console > "keep games and apps".
(requires account redownload) The reformat usually solves a lot of problems if your problem isn't fixed by unplugging the console.
