    Depends on how big your current HDD. Might be worth looking out for a larger pre-owned one. (will need the transfer cable though).

    .

    Also worth looking through your downloads and getting rid of what you don't need. Example: most of the HUGE Battlefield 3 updates can be deleted. Remember, you can redownload the deleted stuff again if wanted.

    You can also buy a USB stick and download it to that, and as long as its connected to your Xbox you can play it. Did it with a few other games works just fine and a 32GB USB is $20 at Walmart

    If you still have your receipt I would try to return it for another console. If not, I'd call Xbox Support at (800) 469-9269 and see if you can get it replaced. That doesn't sound normal to me!

    Tech Support had me unplug my console and plugged it back in. It worked

    Hey there!

    Once you have entered your password you should be able to simply click on the "Menu" button. That will be the button in the center with the 3 horizontal lines. Pushing that button will be the "enter" function.
