    Hi,

    My son's Xbox one is stuck on the green start up screen. I have powered down and unplugged for 5 minutes, before plugging it back in and turning it back on but it is still happening.

    Any help would be fab!!

    are you connected to main power outlet or extension? extension can sometimes limit the power the console is receiving.

    Sound like it may be having issues with the internet connection. Do a network test an let us know the results.

    New hdmi cord fixed it until the xbox was put into standby. Now it's dimmed again.

    Same problem for me. The hard reset only fix the problem for a while
