Start up problems

for the second or third time in the space of a month i have had troubleshooting start up problems, First it was my saved games then it wouldn't start up at all. I have had to reset it all back to factory settings which wiped my games off and my apps, I
have only had this since November and to say i am not amused is a bit of an understatement really. I was told that resetting it would solve the issue and obviously, it hasn't. So do i send it to microsoft to be repaired or take it back where we got it from
and get a brand new console.

It normally takes a couple of minutes if it's starting from cold boot. But if it's taking a long time, try doing a

Power Cycle. This usually fixes most common issues.

But if that doesn't work, you might want to do a
factory reset instead.

I would get the warranty/service process started if the system is not booting up at all. Since you recently bought it, it shouldn't be an issue but contact them for sure.
