Start up error on xbox

Discus and support Start up error on xbox in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; so last night my xbox had a start up error and we cant fix it and i need to factory reset it, what happens if i have the same account on another xbox...     Start up error on xbox


    so last night my xbox had a start up error and we cant fix it and i need to factory reset it, what happens if i have the same account on another xbox but some games arent installed on the working one? So like if my call of duty cold war is on the one needing
    the factory reset and not on the working one will it fully erase all the saves? Or will it still be on the other xbox? Someone please answer if you get what im saying

    Xbox Start up error

    I have restarted the xbox properly many times. and Ive unplugged the ethernet cable and plugged it in again many times and no matter what the screen just stays black and the message pops up. The only thing I haven't tried is the factory reset with a usb
    and as you can understand im quite reluctant to do so im just holding out to see if there are any other alternative methods before i do the factory reset

    try to power cycle your console. Please hold down the power button on the front of the console for approximately 15 seconds until the power light shuts off. Wait about 60 seconds, then power it back on. Be sure you see the green "XBOX ONE" animation loading
    screen when you power it back up. if this don't help

    Hello Joshua,

    being you have tried all the troubleshooting except a factory reset, we recommend doing the

    offline update     with a USB. Two things to note before doing so, make sure have a stable internet connection, also make sure you know email/password for every account on the console.
