I keep getting a system error and went through all the steps to clear it but my xbox still isnt working.

Its giving me the option of restarting or troublingshooting with error code at the bottom E200 000000EF 00000000

errorcode 0x8b108490, no support found, can't open and start FH4

error code displayed, redirected to error help, no support for code, FH4 will not start, return to main start up screen

That code is usually related to a system update. Have you tried an offline system update? See the instructions here:

try to power cycle your console. Please hold down the power button on the front of the console for approximately 15 seconds until the power light shuts off. Wait about 60 seconds, then power it back on. Be sure you see the green "XBOX ONE" animation loading
screen when you power it back up.

this pageyou will need to do the following:

Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
Wait 30 seconds, then plug the power cord back in.
Press and hold the BIND button (located on the left side of the console) and the
EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the
Xbox button on the console.
Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the
BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.
The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

To reset your console from the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter, use the D-pad and
A button on your controller to select Reset this Xbox. When prompted, select
Keep games and apps. This option will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.

If that doesn't work you will need to reformat your console with a USB flash drive that is at least 4GB in size, formatted to NTFS and put a file on it to restore the xbox operating system:

If that does not work please do the first option but "erase everything" and not
"keep games and apps."

I received the same error code, but when I type it into the error code roster, it claims its and unknown error code.

I have overwatch on disc and It won't start, the rest of the games I have are downloaded and those won't start up either.
