starfiled not loading

i downloaded starfiled to my pc from the xbox game pass app after buying game pass pc, but when i start the game it just endlessly loads(i waited around 10 minutes) i tried restarting, updating windows/my gpu driver, but to no avail, i have an intel core i5 - 10400f, 16gb of ram, 400gb ssd and a intel arc a750 grapics card.

when i try to run other games from the app they do work.

any suggestions?

Verify that your processor, RAM, storage space and graphics card meet the necessary requirements for the game. In your case, it seems that your graphics card, the Intel Arc A750, may not be compatible with the game. Star field requires a DirectX 12 compatible graphics card, and the Intel Arc A750 may not meet that requirement.

thanks, is there somthing i can do about it?

ive now chacked and intel arc a750 does support directx 12, i also run dxdiag to be sure and it showed me i do have dx12.

The game has been allegedly been banned in the UAE

I'm afraid you likely cannot play or access the game

Attempts to bypass regional restrictions can result in account and console bans, Microsoft must abide by local laws and regulation.

You would have to contact your regulator to confirm this, and find out why

What console do you have

If Xbox one s or x or og they aren't compatible you must have a series console oe cloud play

Unfortunately I do not have any official information from Xbox regarding this but it appears that it could be Xbox complying with local laws in regards to the sale of the game. This could change in the future but it could be out of Microsoft's hands.
